Fulfilled Prophecy and the Last Days

[Posted on: 27 April 2025 by Richard Worsley]

Fulfilled Prophecy and the Last Days

There are two videos here, covering similar ground and referencing the same written article. The second video basically consolidates the material from the first.

The videos talk about the ways in which we can clearly see the fulfillment of prophecy right now in the 21st Century. Topics of importance include:-

  • The restoration of the nation of Israel and the trouble it has caused in the world.
  • Increase in travel, communication and knowledge.
  • The mocking of creation and the Flood. This trend began around the year 1830, and yet even in the early days, there was clear evidence in the fossil record that these were layed down in a major catastrophe (i.e. a recent worldwide flood).

Jesus Our Example in Times of Trial

[Posted on: 25 April 2025 by Richard Worsley]

Jesus Our Example in Times of Trial

In this video and article, Richard talks about the sacrifice that was made by Jesus on coming to earth and living the life as a human being. This should encourage us to follow His example when going through the various trials of life, and looking to God to give us the strength to carry us through.

Signs that we are in the last days

In this video and article, Richard reflects on today’s world and how many modern trends tie up with what has been prophesied in the Bible. These include advances in technology, economics and wealth, but also included is the increase in opposition to Christianity and the Church.

What are Important Doctrines?

[Posted on: 16 March 2025 by Richard Worsley]

What are important doctrines?

In this video and article, Richard compares some examples of essential and non-essential doctrines that have been presented over the course of history. On the one hand we have the Nicene Creed which had to be defended against opposition, and later the return to justification by faith at the time of the Reformation. On the other hand however, there are things like the Temperance Movement, which whilst achieving some degree of good at the time, proved neverthless to be distractions. He then brings us right up to date by highlighting how essential issues such as creation and personal morality are being greatly overlooked.

The Spiritual World as a Type of 4th Dimension

[Posted on: 14 March 2025 by Richard Worsley]

The Spiritual World as a Type of 4th Dimension

This is to some degree a repeat of the earlier post The Spiritual World as a Fourth Dimension and references the same article. It is a little longer than the previous video and consolidates some of the ideas. They are both worth watching if you find this of interest.

Why Open Air Preaching

[Posted on: 12 March 2025 by Richard Worsley]

Why Open Air Preaching

In this video and article, Richard shares something of his personal testimony of how he came to start preaching on the streets of Britain from 2018 onwards. Unfortunately the last 2 minutes of the video are missing, but it is still well worth watching. This calling came out of the culmination of a process starting in the late 1990s, in which increasingly overwhelming evidence for creation and a young earth has come to light, with the main driving force eventually coming through the discovery of soft tissue in dinosaur bones. Richard has felt the burden to bring the message to the attention of the public so that people can at least hear the truth proclaimed.

Some Thoughts on Nations

[Posted on: 22 February 2025 by Richard Worsley]

Some thoughts on Nations

In this video, Richard introduces an article of his own, giving some thoughts on the place of nations in our society. At the time of the Tower of Babel, 70 nations were established, each with its own written and spoken language. Nations (as opposed to empires or tribes) are the way that God has intended our society to live, as they provide the necessary protection of government and infrastructure. Sadly society has deviated from these ideals over the course of history, and particularly with respect to the rise in militant humanism that has been seen in recent times, and the threat that it places on the freedom of the Gospel.

Creation and Intercessory Prayer in Isaiah

[Posted on: 18 February 2025 by Richard Worsley]

Creation and Intercessory Prayer in Isaiah

IN this video and article, Richard talks about how the themes of creation and intercession appear to go together in the second part of the book of Isaiah (chapters 40-66). This leads on to the challenge of the importance of intercessory prayer in these last days, when godlessness is one the increase and people are largely denying God as creator.

Doctrine of Perspicuity

[Posted on: 08 February 2025 by Richard Worsley]

Doctrine of Perspicuity

In this video and article, Richard talks about the Doctrine of Perspicuity. This was first put forward by the Reformers and included in the Westminster Confession of Faith. It basically says that although some parts of Scripture may be deep and require a degree of interpretation, there are nevertheless many parts that are intended to be plain, straightforward and easy to understand. At the end of the video, Richard cites the example of Genesis 1-3 which is clearly written as an historical narrative.
