Assessing Miracles

In this video and the associated article, Richard addresses the issue of assessing/weighing miracles. We are faced with an abundance of modern miracles providing clear evidence for the existence and work of God, and yet at the same time there are false teachers who are performing miracles by the work of Satan. We need to be equipped to be able to make correct and proper discernment when faced with this situations.
